Drunken Cran-Orange Candy Bar


Drunken Cran-Orange Candy Bar:


2 (12 oz.) packages white chocolate chips

1/3 cup triple sec 

1/2 heaping cup dried, sweetened cranberries

1/8 heaping cup dark chocolate chips

1/8 cup pumpkin seeds

grated zest of 2 oranges


Place a heat proof bowl just above water level in a pot of simmering water. Add white chocolate allow to melt, stirring occasionally. When melted, remove from heat. Stir in triple sec in increments until combined.  Mixture will firm up slightly. Sprinkle in orange zest and stir to combine.  


Pour white chocolate mixture onto baking sheet lined with large piece of parchment paper. Use a rubber spatula to spread chocolate into a rough rectangle that is 1/4 inch thick or less. Top with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate. Press topping lightly adhere to chocolate. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until harden. Break into pieces and serve. 


Makes approximately 14” x 9” sheet of candy.
