Municipal Planning Committee for Culiacan as Engineering Inspector,

University City Building Commission as Chief Engineer,

Sinaloa State Water and drainage Commission as CEO; and

Culiacán Municipal Water Department as Consultant


Designed and/or supervised public and private buildings as:

Irrigation system of Culiacán Valley,

Pavement of downtown and of other sectors of Culiacan,

Rain Runoff Colombia Collector in Culiacan,

Mechanized Grain Storage for local Farmer´s Association,

Collaborated in the design and supervised the building of the Waste Water Treatment Plant of Culiacan and of other treatment plants in Sinaloa,

Several buildings in Culiacan and in the beachfront homes of Altata, Sinaloa.

Design of WWTP. Simple methods,

Design, operation and maintenance of WWTP,

Co-author of  “Culiacan, and water through time”,

Presented several papers in national and international conferences, and

Written more than 300 essays published in Noroeste, the local newspaper; many of them about water and ecological themes.

As a hobby I have written, in Spanish, three books and a Christmas pageant.
