Vendor C was ultimately picked for price and future functionality within our environment. They have the ability to integrate with software we use directly from the command module on the machine, which we would hope to utilize in the future.

Our recommendation was to purchase the units out right as they have a 1 year manufacturer warranty and the toner cartridge is predicted to do about 25,000 images.
