Holistic nutrition is an approach to building a lifestyle of health. Individualized nutrition is a basis to balancing the body, mind, and spirit. Holistic health sees the person as a part of the community, an individual with likes and dislikes to foods, some individuals even have food tolerances or intolerance to food, and as my holistic nutritional consultation is offered we will both go through my intake exam where we will focus on your interest, metabolism, allergies, and food preferences. My report will include lifestyle for the body, nutritional support for the mind, and metabolic processes that need balancing.
