Hours:  Friday & Saturday > 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. /  Sunday - Thursday > 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
During summer our hours change. 

 Please Note: We close Sunday through Thursday for lunch for one hour. During the summer months we may have shorter office hours and close all days for lunch.

 

About us: We are an 84 unit timeshare located in the Coachella Valley.  Our units are seven hundred square feet with an identical set up of two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a fully equiped kitchen.  The Timeshare was built in the 1980's and are clean and maintained.  The majority of units have unassigned parking in front.  Be sure to go to our "pictures" link to your right.  Weeks run Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.  We have owner stays as  well as exchange guests and direct rentals.  Reservations are made through our main office located in Solana Beach (858) 792-0904.

Weather: Remember, in the winter month's desert temperatures range from the 70's F during the day and drop into the low 40's F at night.  During the spring, summer, and well into the fall months temperatures range from the 80's to the 100's F during the day. 

Location:  Intervals is located within the Indian Palms Country Club.   Indian Palms Country Club, is a gated community consisting of a hotel, private residences, two timeshares, and privately owned condos.  You must enter initially through the main entrance located on Monroe Street. (GPS and Navigation systems or online map users please follow our directions below or you will be sent to a gate you cannot enter).

Directions:  The nearest commerical airport is Palm Springs International Airport, 26 miles away.  From the airport go out the Ramon Road exit; turn left (east) and take Ramon to I-10 east and continue to Monroe street exit in Indio (approximately 15 miles).  Go south  (right) on Monroe about 3 miles; after you cross over 48th avenue, make a left at the next signal light.  This is called Country Club Drive.  This is the main and initial entrance into the Country Club.  (Note: GPS and Navigation systems as well as mapquest, etc. send you to a gate you cannot enter; be sure to follow our directions to the Monroe Gate!  You must enter the Monroe gate Main Entrance initially! ) Inform the security guard that you are a guest of the Indian Palms Intervals Timeshare and ask for the map to the Intervals office.  (The security guards are not part of our staff and will do no more to assist you with directions).  Once you're inside the Country Club you have a mile to go from this point.  There are two routes on the map to get to us, we recommend the following: As you continue from entering the gate you'll reach a stop sign shortly, make a right, this is Eisenhower; then make a left at the next stop sign, this is Odlum.  Continue on Odlum until it ends(it takes you all the way to the opposite end of the country club); make a left on Barrymore; after you pass a few houses on your right you'll see our sign; turn right into Stewart Drive.  The office is immediatley on your right.

Due to our location, having a vehichle is highly recommended!

Check-In ProcedureCheck-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on your arrival date.  We close at 7:00 p.m. only on Friday and Saturday; remaining days we close at 5:00 p.m.  A Security Deposit of $150 is required at check-in.  You may do this with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, a debit Visa, personal check (US funds), or exact  cash.  We do not charge your card, we only do an authorization.  No refund is required with this process. 

 

Early Check-In:  If arriving early at the resort on your arrival date you will not be able to check into your unit until each of our departments have completed their work and inspection procedures.  However, if your unit is ready we will allow you to check in.  Please note:  Guests have asked to put groceries in the unit refrigerator before it is ready as well as leaving luggage- we prefer not to allow this as it effects cleaning services. 

Late Arrivals:  If you are unable to check in during the check in day and check in hours listed above, you must contact our resort staff for late arrival instrucitons.  If you do not notify us, you may encounter some difficulties.  The resort does not operate a 24 hour front desk.  The best time to make late arrival arrangements is between 8:00 a.m.  and 5:00 p.m no more than three days before.  Please contact our resort staff at (760) 347-7640 and we will be happy to assist you.

Check-Out ProcedureCheck-out is at 10:00 a.m.  You are required to dispose of your trash.  There are trash dumpsters on each street  and there is one recycle dumpster.  There is a blue recycle bin in the unit for you to keep recyclables separate from your trash.    Please load the dishwasher and turn off all appliances.  Please make sure all windows and doors are secured and locked before turning in your keys.

Units:  All of our units are identical in their set up; they are seven hundred square feet.  Maximum occupancy is six people with a recommendation of four or less.  All units only have one bathroom.  Each unit has  the following:
 
ALL UNITS HAVE WI-FI ACCESS.
  • Kitchen (fully equipped) : Full size stove with oven & microwave, full size refrigerator w/ freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils.
  • Dining: Table for four, a barstool for two.
  • Living Room: Love seat, Sofa (opens to a queen bed),  television.
  • Bedrooms: Two bedrooms > Master bedroom has a queen bed, television. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a television. 
  • Bathroom:  Only one bathroom per condo. All bathrooms have a shower/tub combo with grab bars except for four of our units that have a stand up shower, grab bars but no tub.
  • Unit Amenities:  We provide complimentary paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish detergent.  We also provide bar soap, a shampoo, a lotion, and one packet of coffee.  Additional coffee is for purchase.
  • Cleaning Service:  Please be aware that you receive a cleaning service one time mid-week only for one week stays.  We do not provide a daily towel service or daily cleaning.  Guests are expected to dispose of their trash.  Included in the cleaning is replenishing of towels, vacuuming, making the beds (bed linens are not changed unless requested).  Multiple week guests will receive an additional cleaning service and a bed linen change.

Accessible Units or Items :  Indian Palms Intervals is a privately owned vacation property.  The resort does not have handicap accessible units nor do we supply equipment for disabled persons.

Resort Amenities: We have two outdoor pools that are heated except during the warm months.  Each pool has a spa and shower facilities.  The main center pool also has a bathroom facility.  There are BBQ gas grills at each pool area as well as a shaded patio with tables and seating.  Also near the pool areas are horseshoe pits and a tether ball.

Country Club Amenities: 27 Hole Championship Golf Course, driving range, 2 Tennis Courts, Fitness Center (All country club amenities are subject to availability and additional fees).

Guest Laundry:  We have a coin laundry facility.  It is one dollar to wash or dry.  We sell laundry detergent for fifty cents- small boxes for one load.  Bounce sheets are complimentary. 

PetsAbsolutely no pets are allowed to vacation or visit on the grounds or in the units at Indian Palms Intervals.  There will be cleaning and sanitation charges incurred by guests ignoring this policy.  In addition, the pet must be removed immediately upon discovery. 

Smoking Restrictions:  Please note that all Interval units have been designated as "non-smoking" accommodations. We do not allow smoking at the pool area or picknic area. Please honor this policy; otherwise there will be a fine of $150.
