2019 Leadership Retreat Registration Form



 Cost and Housing Information:
The cost will be $75 per person (student or adult).  This price includes hotel accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fishers.  Students will be roomed 4 to a room, and adults will be  housed 2 to a room. You will be able to assign your students in groups to rooms, but to keep costs low, any open spots in rooms will be filled with students from other troupes.  

Adults who wish to room by themselves rather than 2 to a room will be charged $150.   No reduced rate will be granted if you do not wish to stay in the hotel (part of the bonding experience is staying in the hotel overnight)!  The cost helps cover lodging, our keynote speaker, and meals (late light dinner on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday).

The fun begins at 6 PM ET on Friday, and continues through 4 PM ET on Saturday!

Troupe Directors and Troupes:
If you wish to apply to teach a workshop at the Retreat on leadership or programming that you want to share with the rest of the state, you can apply here!  Troupe Directors will receive a $25 credit if their workshop is accepted!
