The International Conference on Integral Methods in Science and Engineering (2012), was held in Bento Gonçalves from the 23rd to the 27th of july, 2012. The venue was the Dall'Onder Grande Hotel located at a previleged location in the city of Bento Gonçalves.

Bento Gonçalves is a city in the Gaucho Highlands (Serra Gaúcha) in the mountainous region in the northeast of Rio Grande do Sul state in southern Brazil with approximately 100000 inhabitants. The principal economy beside tourism is wine production.
