About us

The Institute of Electronics, Information and System Engineers or IEISE is an international non-profit, professional organization for the advancement of technology related to information technology. It's the traditional society always looks for innovation and encourages enterprise activities. IEISE got participation and support from various people not only students putting their heart into learning electrical science but also scholars and engineers in the forefront of universities and companies. As a result, IEISE has brought a plenty of research publication, invention and discovery. IEISE makes our best efforts in contributing to social welfare through the activity of studies, researches and engineers and through its presentation of results from an international point of view. IEISE's Constitution defines the purposes of the organization as scientific toward the advancement of the theory and practice of electrical, electronics, communication and computer engineering, as well as computer science. The IEISE serves as a publisher of scientific journals and conference organizer, including electric power and energy, communication network, information technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, transportation, aerospace, and nanotechnology.

Our mission
We are seeing swift and dynamic changes in every aspect of society. As a first step, the IEISE seeks to promote international cooperation by expanding its relations with scholars and electrical engineers in the world. Now, IEISE is a scientific organization mainly consisting of scholars and engineers in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, communication network, computer science and information system. Under participation and support of a broad spectrum of people representing the academic and corporate communities, the IEISE carries out a wide range of activities including the publication of scientific journals and books, technical research and investigation and counterpart exchanges with similar organizations in other countries as well as with various international organizations. The IEISE will conduct its activities as an organization open to the international community and support participating individuals in providing their outstanding for society. The primary support activity is the development of international information exchange networks, including the further recruitment of members around the world and promotion of the Corresponding Membership.

IEISE produce the world's literature in the electrical, electronics engineering and computer science fields. The content in these journals as well as the content from annual conferences are available in the IEISE's online publications. IEISE publications allow authors to make their article openly available. The IEISE provides learning opportunities within the engineering sciences, research, and technology. The goal of the IEISE publications is to ensure the growth of skill and knowledge in the electricity-related technical professions and to foster individual commitment to continuing education among IEISE members, the engineering and scientific communities, and the general public.

Most IEISE members are electrical engineers, computer engineers, and computer scientists, but the organization's wide scope of interests has attracted engineers in other disciplines. In order to qualify for membership, an individual must meet certain academic or experience requirements. Associate membership is available to those who don't meet such requirements.
