US trade officials have indicated in the past that its negotiating position for ACTA is similar to the intellectual property provisions found in its bilateral free trade agreements (FTAs), especially the Korea-US FTA.  The text of all of American FTAs from 2000 to present are online at the USTR's page on Trade Agreements.
