Photos:  We’ll be taking lots of photos celebrating the great work your teams do.  However, if you have students who do not wish to be photographed, please have them complete the Photo Opt Out form available on the Resources page of the IHSBOB website and bring that to our attention when you arrive.

Please bring:  A table tent sign for your team with your team name (new this year), your team (only the students listed on the coach survey for the qualifying team) and an adult coach.  Your own water bottle (we strive to be “green”).  We’ll have water on hand.  A non-messy snack (it's a long time until lunch on your way home)! Dress in layers...sometimes our library is warm, sometimes chilly! Many teams design and wear t-shirts! Be creative with these but please refrain from anything that prompts answers to battle questions. Please be sure attire is "school appropriate"!

Please DON’T bring:  Stuff (there will be over 100 people attending and space is at a minimum), cell phones/MP3 players should be out of sight and sound; no notes of any kind are allowed.  We wish we had space for spectators, but we don’t.  Please limit attendees to participants, coaches, drivers,  chaperons.

About food....   Please plan to eat lunch after the competition on your way home.  We realize some students can't go that long without food and are welcome to bring "not messy" snacks to eat during the author visit.
