Wed Run at IHP Track, Stanley Ho Sports Centre 7:15-8:30pm (all are welcome)
Note: No group training is scheduled on Public Holiday (16th February 2015).
If you are uncertain about your ability, please attend one of our Thursday night Improver pool sessions at IHP for evaluation.
* Bring your swim gear, towel, water/nutrition and sunblock as required.
