Dmitry Ignatovich
is an artist from one of the Baltic states - Latvia, who also has lived and exhibited in the United States for several years. His time in America, especially in the beautiful state of Maine, made an indelible impression on his artistic worldview. He enjoys working on landscapes, depictions of water and city scenes, but, most of all, creating expressive portraits in different media. His artworks could be found in private and corporate collections in the United States, Latvia, Germany and Russia. Currently he works in his studio near the historic city of Riga Chicago.

Portrait commissions, children and adult, are always welcome. Typical prices are from $1,200 for head and shoulders in pastel and to about $3,500 for oil three-quarters size portrait with background included. Fine house portraiture is $300 for a pencil work and $1,000 for an oil painting approximately 20x16" in size.
