General Information:

This seminar is targeted for those researchers interested in the application of statistics in social science and particularly in economics. The seminar will give you the opportunity to learn from and interact with highly qualified senior researchers in probability, theoretical and applied statistics, with a particular focus on Bayesian methods. PhD students are also offered to possibility to attend two tutorials about:
  • Bayesian inference for Poisson processes and applications in reliability analysis
  • Approximate Bayesian Computation
