Thank you for your interest in the Inland Empire Science Olympiad!

Registration will be open on September 5, 2017!!! 

Register for up to two teams by clicking and completing the Online Registration Application Form. Indicate team 1 and team 2 next to your school name on your application. Please do not register a 3rd team. We will inform you if space for a 3rd team is available. 


Membership Fees

Participation in the Inland Empire Science Olympiad includes membership in the National and State Science Olympiads and is required. Fees cover the cost of the development of the events, tournament medals, team trophies and plaques, insurance, event materials, and the infrastructure requirements of the events and host venue. Teams may not participate in this regional tournament without membership in the state and national organizations. The fees are due November 17, 2017. You will not be provided with a team number until fees have been received.

Junior and Senior Divisions (B & C) $325.00
Elementary Division (A) $125.00*

*Special Note for Division AThe Inland Empire Science Olympiad will not be handling the Elementary Olympiad Coaches Manual this year. The manual is the same as it has been the past several years. If you want a new Elementary Olympiad Coaches Manual, you can purchase one at the National Science Olympiad Store. This year's events will be posted in the Division A Preliminary Schedule.

Purchase Orders (PO) ARE NOT accepted. Note: all registrations are tentative until 

  • the identity of the head coach is confirmed by the principal
  • payment is received and cleared through the bank
  • certificate of insurance is received

You can now pay your registration fee via paypal. Select your team's division, type in your school's name, and click on Add to Cart. This will take you to a different page where you can adjust the payment based on the number of teams you are registering.

Forms to Submit, Deadlines, and Coaches Information

  1. Due Date: 11/17/17: Before the tournament, you need to request a Certificate of Liability Insurance from your district office. Click on Certificate of Liability, which can also be found in the pull down menu under Coaches Information tab, regarding the wording and instructions on the Certificate of Insurance. 
  2.  Due Date: 3/3/18: The following forms will need to be submitted on the day of the event. They will be made available as we get closer to the competition date.
