Peanut Butter Mocha Cheesecake

CRUST
2 tablespoons butter melted
3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
11/2 cup almond flour
2 pkgs truvia or 1 tsp Gentle Sweet
Mix up put in Sprayed pie pan  Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes
FILLING
8 oz package of 1/3 fat cream cheese 
1/2 cup cottage cheese (I only had one package of cream cheese)
3 eggs
10 packages of truvia or 3 tablespoons of Gentle Sweet 
2 tablespoons of peanut butter You could also use the THM peanut flour to cut down on the calories and fat 
dash of vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 capfuls of caramel extract
Mix ingredients together in  Mixer and pour into  pie Crust 
Bake 350 for about 30 minutes
TOPPING
1 cup heavy whipping cream 
2 pkgs truvia or 1 tsp Gentle sweet
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 package espresso mix 
1 tsp cocoa
MIx well with whisk attachment on mixer. The mixture should be fairly thick when ready.
When
  cheesecake  has cooled spread topping evenly over cheesecake
