Can I use my old iEARN login for Salesforce?
No. Separate logins have been created for Country Coordinators to access Salesforce. You should have received an email from iearn.my.salesforce.com with your Salesforce username (which is your email address) and a link to create our password. You must click on the link to create your own Salesforce password. Your email will continue to be your Salesforce username.
I have tried to access the iearn.my.salesforce.com, but I am not allowed. I tried to create an account, but it gives me an error message.

What does it mean if someone’s Stage in Salesforce shows as Prospect?
Prospect means that someone is only a prospective or potential member. He or she has not yet completed the entire registration form to become a full member. At anytime, a prospective member can return to the Collaboration Centre to complete the entire registration thereby requesting full membership in iEARN.
What does it mean if someone’s Stage in Salesforce shows as Registered-Needs Approval?
Registered-Needs Approval means that the teacher has completed the entire online registration form required to become a full iEARN member and is awaiting approval by his/her Country Coordinator.
Can I change a Prospect to active?
You cannot change a Prospect to active. A Prospect is a teacher who has not completed the full online registration. He or she must return to the Collaboration Centre and complete the registration form. Then, his or her Stage will change from Prospect to Registered- Needs Approval and then you will be able to change his or her Status to “Active”.
I can’t change the Status of a teacher whose Stage shows as Prospect to “Active”. What am I doing wrong?
You may only change the Status field when a teacher’s Stage is Registered-Needs Approval or Approved. In order for a teacher’s Stage to change from Prospect, he or she must return to the Collaboration Centre and complete the online registration form for membership.
Why can’t I change someone’s Stage so he or she no longer shows as a Prospect?
The Stage field in Salesforce cannot be edited- this field is for information purposes only. When a teacher completes the online registration form in the Collaboration Centre for full membership, their Stage will change from Prospect to Registered-Needs Approval.

Approved means that the teacher has completed the registration form and been approved by the Country Coordinator so he or she is active and has full access to the iEARN Collaboration Centre.
How do I remove someone’s access to the iEARN Collaboration Centre?
In order to remove a teacher’s access to the iEARN Collaboration Centre, you must change his or her status from “Active” to “Inactive”. Once you do so you will see his or her Stage will change from “Approve” to “Access Removed”.
Why can’t I access the webinar recordings when I click on the links?
You may be missing a java program required to access the Blackboard Collaborate Rooms and recordings. When you click on the webinar link, the java program should begin to download automatically onto your computer and then a window will appear asking you to allow or permit it. Click on allow and the webinar recording should open automatically.
