Welcome to iCW - internet CW
CWoip (CW over internet protocol)
Full Duplex morse code audio with high fidelity sound
Fast, Full Break-in Qsk, due to low latency, free software
With the ability to conduct an audio CW QSO between 2 to 100 iCW OPS.
Using your own CW PADDLES and/or CW KEYBOARD and/or CW KEY
SETTING UP iCW - THE BASICS -
We use MUMBLE VOICE CHAT as the iCW morse code server.
It has the best audio quality for CW audio tones and very low latency for great QSK.
It is full duplex, so any iCW op can break in at any time...no need to wait for them to finish sending.
We have purchased a professional Mumble Server in Chicago which allows us to have
up to 50 iCW ops on the server at the same time.(we can purchase more as needed)
There are also plenty of individual channels available for you and your fellow CW friends to gather together
in one of the iCW "rooms" and have privacy from the rest of the CW activity on the iCW server.
