If one gives sadaqah as equal as one date-fruit from the honestly earned money, and Allah accepts only the honestly earned money, Allah takes it in His right (hand) and then enlarges its reward for that person (who has given it), as anyone of you brings up his baby horse, so much so that it becomes as big as a mountain” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)" .
It will please you a great deal to learn that we're all volunteers, all 19 of us, many of us are students. We put countless hours every week (average of 10 to 12 hours a week per volunteer) to educate these kids about our Religion. some of us are employed too and we do the 40hrs/week jobs, yet we chose to do this for the sake of Allah. We do it out of love for these kids, out of love to our religion, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
On many occasions we even spent money out of our own pocket (may Allah accepts it) simply to insure that the school continues to operate and support the children of this community. Yet with all of these sacrifices and dedication we're still falling short on many aspects and we feel we're not meeting our own preset goals, of providing an excellent environment for our children where they can learn about our Religion. For that we're counting on you parents, community members, good Muslims, to help.
So now you ask how can you help, it is really simple:
As always we're open for your feedback, comments or critique.
Jazakum Allah Khairan,
