Fitness

We currently offer the following programs:
 
LIL WARRIOR FUNDAMENTAL FITNESS
  • Ages 7-9 ONLY
  • Classes are on Sunday afternoons (Check CALENDAR).
  • Essentially 2 programs offered, as you will choose the 1 class on Sunday that works for your schedule.
  • Fitness routines consist of basic fundamental principles ever young athlete should master first before moving on.  (i.e. Body weight movements, Agility drills, Balance exercises, Power rope basics, Small tire movements, Sand pit training, etc...)
  • Every session ends with a FUN game, designed to put different demands on a young-growing athlete.
  • Max of 12 athletes in each class.  Provides a solid Coach:Athlete ratio!
 
YOUTH WARRIOR STRENGTH PROGRAM-
  • This Program is offered YEAR ROUND!
  • Ages 10-18 ONLY
  • Essentially there are 2 programs within the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons, as each athlete chooses 2 of the above days that work for their schedule.
  • Training intensity will change each week, athletes will use various pieces of equipment (i.e. tires, sledges, bands, kettlebells, speed/agility ladders, pull sleds, etc...).
  • Every session ends with a fun competitive game of the week, designed to put different demands on an athlete PLUS have FUN.
  • Max of 20 athletes in each class, this allows our athletes to maximize results and comprehension of new routines.

ADULT WARRIOR FITNESS PROGRAM- 
  • This is a year round program.
  • Training days are 2x per week (Spring & Summer Sessions: 7:15pm - 8:15pm, Fall Session: 6:45pm - 7:45pm)
  • Routines will always change, utilizing everything from tires & resistance bands....to....kettlebells & sand training.
  • This is the perfect program for the adventure race participants as well the mom or dad simply looking to improve their health.
  • ALL skill levels are welcome, there is always a way to make a specific exercise easier or more intense....depending on what level you're at. 
  • ICE Performance will host obstacle course runs throughout the warmer climate seasons to test your skills and provide a change of pace.  These events go very well with our Adult Warrior Programs. 
  • Max of 20 Adults in class, this allows our members to maximize results and comprehension of new routines.
