LOCATION: Pickard Park in Indianola (near large pavilion)

Walk-In Registration & Warm ups:  8-8:30am                        Sweat starts Rolling @ 9am

EARLY-BIRD COST: $65 per team

Event Details:

*Teams of 3                                                        Ø 3 fitness levels to choose from (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)

 ØAll 3 team members must be of same fitness level & will only compete against other teams in that same category.                                     ØMens,Womens, & COED Divisions                                                                   Ø TEAM FITNESS LEVEL STANDARDS (using a kettlebell swing as example):  MENS beginner- 35lbs, Intermediate- 45lbs, Advanced- 55lbs+       WOMENS beginner- 25lbs, Intermediate- 35lbs, Advanced- 40lbs+        * It's important to note for COED teams, that the MEN on the team will use the proper weight amounts based on the TEAM'S specified fitness level for that gender, and WOMEN will do the same according to the female standard.  (For example- if the team is signed up as "Beginner", the men would use a 35lb Kettlebell and the women on that same team would use a 25lb Kettlebell.                                                                                              Ø Ages 14 & up, if under 18-parents must be present to sign waiver

For any other questions or if you would like to volunteer to be a judge-help set up for events- run the music for event, provide the MC commentating for event, etc...
