Conference Registration

For each paper to be included in the symposium proceedings, at least one author must pre-register on or before September 19, 2007. Please note that each full registration may cover up to three (3) papers co-authored by the registrant. A registration with the student rate can be used for only ONE (1) paper co-authored by the registrant.

All types of registration include: Tutorials, Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, one (1) banquet ticket and proceedings CD-ROM. No lunch is included during the tutorial day.

Registration to the tutorials is on a First Come First Served Basis. A tutorial may be cancelled if the number of registrants is low.

To be eligible for the special student rate, please fax evidence of your status (e.g. Student I.D. Card or Letter from your University) along with a copy of your "Registration form" or a proof of online payment to the conference fax number:+212 37 77 88 53 (Prof. Dalila Chiadmi - ICECS 2007 Registration).

IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration. Students should be prepared as well to show their student identification card at the conference registration desk.

Alternatively, print, fill and send by FAX or mail this registration form to the address indicated on the form.

Confirmation of registration

Upon receiving your application and fee, the registration desk will send you an acknowledgement of delivery by email, including your registration number, by September 24. Please remember to print and bring this confirmation letter with you to the registration desk on site.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made to Mrs DalilaChiadmi by writing, by faxing +212 37 77 88 53 or e-mail (icecs2007@emi.ac.ma). The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

A total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of 75 US$, provided that advance written notification is submitted by November 8, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 8, 2007. All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the end of the conference.
