It's no secret that one of the best ways to prepare yourself for birth is to take a childbirth education class! But there are several choices available. While choice is wonderful, it can also be confusing!

Bradley? Hypnobabies? Independent classes? Which would work best for you??

Come get an idea of what each method is all about! At this meeting we will have several childbirth education teachers speak about the method they teach, the philosophy behind it, and what the pros/cons are. We will also hopefully have some moms who have used the various methods to share their experience with the methods they used!

If you are a mom interested in sharing your childbirth education experiences, please come and speak up. We WANT to hear from you! This is how you can help other women prepare for birth!

This meeting is for women of all ages will be very casual and informal.
