Events Schedule

This official schedule approximates the actual schedule, which might undergo some changes to accomodate last minute emergencies. However, the plan is to adhere to this basic schedule as tightly as possible.

There are five specific sessions within this event, as well as some affiliate activities.

The first (special) session is scheduled for Friday evening, Feb 15. This is primarily oriented towards psychotherapists and those in the mental health field and healing arts community. Members of the mental health profession, medical field, and students in related areas are permitted to attend this special session free of charge -if they register in advance. However, anyone registered for the main conference is also allowed to attend this session at no additional charge if they wish to do so.

The second session happens on Saturday, Feb 16. This will be the main focus of the conference. All slots in this session are reserved for research-oriented presentations.

The third session, also occurring on Saturday, Feb 16, is oriented towards those interested in eudcational, social and experiential presentations. This is oriented more towards the general public. (Note that this session runs in parallel to the Academic presentations).

There will also be a Lupercalia party happening on Saturday evening, which, although not an official part of the conference, all persons registered for the conference may attend at no additional cost. (Those not registered for the conference are invited to attend as well for a fee of $20).

There will also be the fifth (special) session, which happens on Sunday, Feb 17, which is specifically focused upon issues related to politics, activism and polyamory as a social movement.

Registration and payment for the conference entitles you to attend any or all of the segments.

(Note that the schedule of topics for this session is tentative. The final agenda and line-up of topics will be decided upon via consensus of participants who are present at the beginning of the day. The structure of this session is intended to be a series of specific topics, with discussion during each segment strictly limited to that one specific topic. Toward the end of the day, the group will collectively attempt to evaluate what has been said earlier throughout the day, and arrive at general ideas and strategies for specific actions that may prove productive in the future. Although all interested parties are invited to attend and/or present, strong preference is given to those interested in attending the entire session, especially the discussion which will occur later in the day. Those interested in attending for only brief periods will be permitted on a space-available basis only).
