This file stores all profiles configuration values.

Comment: Profiles uses Central Repository to store the settings of all the profiles. That's why the same names (in Key name column) are repeated 7 times (6 default profiles + default values for user created profiles). The id of the profile is encoded in the most significant byte of the key (the value in Key Int column). For example, the key containing the ringing tone of the general profile is 0x00000004 and the key containing the ringing tone of the silent profile is 0x01000004.
