Radiant Panel-Modular Prefabricated Panels

Prefabricated radiant modular panels usually incorporate some amount aluminum material as a heat transfer median. Prefabricated panels are manufactured for new construction and renovation applications, some manufactures offer structural floor sheeting entirely covered with aluminum. The performance can vary depending on the particular product but there are products that are equally as efficient as a radiant concrete slab panel system or just slightly more efficient. Aluminum radiant panel systems are quicker to recover from long temperature set back's and have a faster response time on average in comparison to a concrete slab, thin-slab, gypsum underlayment slab, or a joist/staple up assembly. Prefabricated panels can be used on a floor, ceiling, or wall. The modular prefabricated panels are slightly less economical in comparison to most other type's of radiant panel heating systems to install.
