learning

Learning is not a simple matter of transmitting information, but rather  an active process, where children build knowledge through learning by doing and by direct, immediate and concrete experiences. New learning approaches for young children have the potential of creating the  foundation for a good intellectual development. Tangible interfaces, employ physical objects to interact with digital content allowing children to manipulate, simulate, to develop hypotheses and experience them. Thus creating richer experiences than traditional educational materials. The handling of Tangible  Interfaces give children the opportunity to play and learn by engaging  themselves as active participants in activities that they enjoy and care about.
