Homecards

The Homecard is a library card that allows the holder to borrow books from many area libraries as well as the hometown library. Scroll down for a list of Homecard libraries.

Homecard Rules
  • Anyone 18 years of age and older may have a Homecard.
  • Possessing a Homecard is a privilege. Please be respectful of other library's regulations.
  • Your validated Homecard must presented in order to take out books.
  • Books must be returned to the library from which they came.
  • Return books by the due date. If you wish to keep them longer, please call the library to renew. This saves two sets of postage.
  • Interlibrary loan books must be requested from a patron's HOME library.
  • Payment for lost books is the responsibility of the borrower.
  • Parents/adults/guardians are responsible for all books checked out on the household's Homecard number.

Written overdue notice will be emailed or patron will be phoned
4 weeks
Written overdue notice will be emailed or patron will be phoned
8 weeks
Written overdue notice and bill will be emailed or mailed.  Patrons account will be restricted until all items are returned or paid for.

LOST OR DAMAGED BOOKS

The patron will be responsible for the replacement cost, plus processing of any lost or damaged book.
