Greek Pasta Salad

GREEK PASTA SALAD by THE HUNGRY HOUSEWIFE

1 lb pasta(bowtie), cooked and drained
6 oz Black Olives, Chopped
1/4 large red onion, VERY thinly sliced
8 oz fetta cheese, crumbled
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp Oregano

Dressing

1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In a large bowl toss together pasta, olives, onion, cheese, tomatoes and oregano.
In a blender add the vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, mustard and salt and pepper. Pulse until combined.
Slowly add the olive oil, pulse until mixed.

Pour over pasta salad, toss and cover. Store overnight to let the flavors mix,
