Cherry Cordial Fudge Hearts

16 ounces Cherry Cordial Candy Melts
          (or use 1- 10 ounce bag of Candy Melts plus 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate)
1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
1-2 ounce pink Candy Melts

  • Melt Cherry Cordial Candy Melts, semi-sweet chocolate (if using) and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler over low heat. 
  • Remove from heat after 3/4 melted.
  • Stir then allow to sit for a minute.
  • Stir until melted, returning to heat if needed. 
  • Pour into mini heart silicone mold. 
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, then freeze for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Pop fudge hearts out of mold. 
  • Melt pink candy melts. 
  • Drizzle over hearts.
