    3. Right to be equal before the courts, tribunal and all other organs and authorities administering justice and free assistance of an interpreter in criminal and other proceedings
    4. Right to choose a spouse, to marry and to find a family
    5. Right to freedom to thought, opinion, conscience and religious or beliefs, subject only to limitations necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals on the fundamental rights of others.
    6. Right to retain their own language, culture and conditions
    7. Right to transfer abroad earnings, savings or other personal monetary assets subjects dot domestic currency regulations

    3. zonal and regional conference with anti-illegal recruitment coordinating councils nationwide


              Remedial Approach

a.       continuing legal assistance to victims of illegal recruitment

b.      coordinated law enforcement activities relating to illegal recruitment laws with the law enforcement agencies like the PNP-CIC, NBI and local PNP commands in the region

c.       continues dialogue with the DOJ and judiciary for the effective prosecution of illegal recruitment cases

d.      surveillance operations on illegal recruitment activities by a composite team of POEA-CIS and PACC

e.       cration of the Kruzada Laban sa illegal recruitment (KLAIR) a partnership between PACC andPOEA

f.        workers welfare protection by way of pre-departure orientation program

g.       improvement and strengthening of the services of OWWA

h.       active participation of NGO”S in anti illegal recruitment campaign
