The Bilalia Arabic College aspires to be among the leading colleges in the State of Tamil Nadu and in its region, renowned and recognized around the globe for offering Islamic comprehensive academic and professional programs of the highest quality, for its distinctive style of learning that engages and prepares students for leadership roles in the society, and for being a major international center of Islamic study and research in the quest to improve human life.


MISSION 

The Bilalia Arabic College is committed to prepare a new generation that is proud of it religion and has a well-rounded understanding of Islamic teachings, a generation that is equipped with the expertise to cultivate Islamic values with in society and to actualize the dream of dual education (Islamic Teachings & Secular Studies) to make the learning community of high caliber faculty and disciplinarian & self sufficient Islamic priests with at most faith and to enable them to spread the Islam on the path of holy Quran & the Sunnah and mold them as volunteer to serve the society. 


WHY BAC:

The College was established as a non-profit institution for Islamic studies in April 1996 by Allama Al-Arifbillah, Ashiqur Rasool Al Haaj BILALISHA ZUHOORI, the Supreme Founder & Chairman of the College to be the first College in the State of Tamil Nadu executed dual education. In less than 10 years, the College has achieved academic accreditation for most of its dual education programs.

The College aims at being a foundation of higher education utilizing the most modern educational means and curriculum. The student is the College’s number one priority. The College endeavors to have students reach their highest potential through strengthening interaction between students, urging them to work hard, and instilling in them the desire to develop their own personal and cognitive skills so that they become active members of the society. The College is conscious of its leading role in the society at large. Hence, it seeks to create an atmosphere conducive to developing its students’ intellectual capabilities driven by scientific and logical reasoning. 

The College is comprised of Dual Education, which offer diverse academic programs of study at the diploma, bachelor’s and master’s levels. The student population at the College has currently reached 250 with a faculty of 25, which means a faculty member for each 10 students. 

The College is built upon an Islamic design and houses study halls, libraries, computer labs, sports complex and other administrative facilities. There are also separate residential areas for students and the faculty.

Goals and Objectives of BAC

Creating a Muslim personality characterized by deep understanding of Islamic Shari’a, based on the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah.Preparing specialists in the different branches of Shari’a, such as Qur’an, Sunnah, Islamic Jurisprudence, Doctrine, and Islamic call. Providing graduates with good academic qualifications to meet the needs of the Islamic world, and contemporary Islamic society in the fields of teaching, propagation of faith, revitalizing tradition, and academic research.Preparing students for graduate studies in various specializations in the field of Shari’a. Cooperating with other colleges and educational institutions locally and internationally. Preparing Islamic scholars well expert in Islamic teachings & Secular studies simultaneously which strive them towards to serve Islamic Society in locally and internationally. Promoting the personal, social, academic and career growth of all students in a proactive manner to prepare and qualify them to be leaders in their Islamic careers and professions.


The Curriculum based on Indo-Islamic Syllabus prepared by Mulla Nizamuddin Shalavi known as “Darse Nizami”. The Current syllabus consist of three stages i.e. Primary, Middle and High level as well as Secondary, Higher Secondary, Under Graduate in academic.

The Primary level programs are structured to equip with a strong foundation in Arabic grammar, Jurisprudence (Fiqh), Modern Arabic and Islamic Morals and it build competencies to help you to perform Junior level.

The Middle level programs enlighting you an understanding the fundamental of the glories Quran, Hadith, Jurisprudence with evidence and complete History of the prophet Mohammed (Sal) and the Khalifas, Arabic literature, and Rhetoric and Principles of Islam as well as Facility performed with teaching and writing in Arabic language.

The High level programs offers you to know the reality of the Quran, Hadith, Jurisprudence and Modern life aspects.

The Students have precious chance to memorize Half of the Glorius Quran (Two Paras (Juzus) per year ). The College guides the students who willing to memorize the Glorius quran completely.

The Academic programs based on Curriculam of Tamilnadu State Government, Matriculation and Madras University. The students are optioned to choose any degree from University of Madras according to their marks scored in Higher secondary and their own skill.

Additionally the college provides the Afzalu-Ulma Course which is equal able to B.A (Arabic).

Every attempt is made to design programmes of study to equip the particular needs of individual students as well as to prepare them as the great Islamic scholar.

Admission Procedures:-


Application form will be issued in college campus regularly from January. 

Application should be made through the Bilalia Arabic College. 

Completed application forms must be submitted on the date intimated without delay. 

Admission are made on the basis of merit, Recommendation is not accepted. 

Valid score in entrance exam.

Eligibities:-

At Bilalia Arabic College, The dual education program is targeted with high potential for success in Islamic world. So the interested students should have the following qualification. 

1. Well versed in reciting the Glorious Quran.

2. Completed in E.S.S.L.C (8th std) with at least 50% aggregate marks.

3. Should have a good knowledge of Islamic religion (Diniyyath) and academic studies. 

Rules & Regulations:-

1. The student’s dress code is white Jubbah and white Pyjama (College uniform) during class hours.

2. Attending all the examinations and other training classes without fail.

3. Parents should accept the actions taken by the college management such as penalty, suspension, dismissal with regard to failure in Arabic & Academic studies or disciplinary issues.

4. The students are not allowed to enter or leave the college campus without guardians.

5. The students must rejoin the college after holidays at appropriate time, if any delay, they must accept the action taken by management. 

6. Suitable reply & proper response should be given for our letters and phone calls.

7. The visiting of parents or relatives should not affect studies of the students.

8. Visiting the students during class hours is strictly prohibited.

9. The students must complete compulsorily their seven years Moulavi course. If a student leaves the college at the beginning of the year or later during the course, he is liable for punishment with penalty as per rules in force before his transfer certificate & other certificates are issued to him
