Hugo E. Silva

Hugo E. Silva is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Department of Transport Engineering and Logistics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (2008) and his Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering (2010) from Universidad de Chile. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from VU University in 2014. 

I am Principal Researcher at the Center for Advanced Transportation, Logistics, and Economic Competitiveness (CATLEC) and the Millennium Nucleus in Just Transport

Hugo's research areas are transportation economics, urban economics. He has a particular interest in studying transport policies and regulation. See Published and working papers.
