HUD Sales Forms

From the time of offer acceptance, the buyer and agent will have 48-hours to deliver the complete and correct HUD-9548 Sales Contract package to The Asset Manager. This package must include all addenda, the original earnest money deposit, and a pre-approval letter from a lender and/or proof of funds.

Contract Submittal Checklist: 

  1. Electronic HUD-9548 Sales Contract
  2. Electronic filing of HUD-9548 contract addendum
  3. Owner-Occupant Certification (if applicable)
  4. “For Your Protection: Get a Home Inspection”
  5. Radon Gas and Mold Notice
  6. Lender Letter of Commitment / Pre-Qualification Letter
  7. Forfeiture & Extension Policy
  8. Lead-Based Paint Addendum (if applicable)
  9. Flood Zone Addendum (if applicable)
  10. BSCA Addendum
  11. Copy of Earnest Money Check submitted to Listing Broker
