PRE-QUALIFYING LETTER OR PROOF OF FUNDS FOR CASH SALE
A pre-qualifying letter or commitment letter from a bank on the bank’s letterhead is required. The letter should state the eligible amount equal to or greater than line 3 of the sales contract. For cash sales, proof of funds can be a bank statement from bank or verification that cash funds will be available at time of closing.
Lender letter should include the Case Number and property address. Below is a good eaxmple of a Lender Letter.
