• I liked the extra stories when we had extra time in class, they were interesting to hear about. At the beginning of the year, I liked the encouragement to try to find the course interesting, and enjoy it, as a new way of thinking and problem solving. This was one of my favorite courses, and the most fun I've had solving math since high school.

• Best math class I've had in a while! (Of course I had linear algebra right before this which I hated/was not good at...but regardless!)

• By far the best instructor out of the five math classes I have taken at Purdue.

• He is just AWESOME!! Made the course look so easy!

• He presents good, helpful examples.
