10th Grade: Algebra 2 or Advanced Algebra 2

(placement criteria for Advanced course = A in algebra 1 and geometry both semesters AND "proficient" score on the California Standards Test for algebra 1 OR B average in algebra 1 and geometry AND "advanced" score on the CST for algebra 1)

    11th Grade: Pre Calculus

    12th Grade: Calculus AB

Scenario Two: Student placed in Algebra 1 as a 7th grader

Placement in 7th grade algebra 1 is based on the CST scores, algebra readiness test scores and availability of seats in the class.
