Homemade Seasoning (Haitian Epis)

Refrigerate for up to a month



What you need:


Leeks(chopped)

Garlic(peeled and minced)

Parsley

Olive Oil

A jar

Thyme

Pepper(You can add more herbs if you want)


Directions:


Throw everything on a food processor

 and blend for 3-5 minutes and voila!


Usage: For marinating fish, meats. 


You can also Use for eggs, rice, pasta, Risotto, curry, etc... You can use this seasoning on almost everything you cook. I usually add a spoonful in heated coconut/olive oil.
