Crock pot Chili

2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 (14.5 ounce)  can stewed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced
tomatoes
2 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans (mild)
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

In a large skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil.  Saute onion and celery for 2 min-add garlic.  Saute for 1 min more.  Pour mixture into crock pot.  Add ground beef to skillet.  Cook until lightly brown.  Drain grease.  Add to crock pot.  Drain and rinse kidney beans.  Add these and all other ingredients to crock pot.  Mix well.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
