About Me & My School

Hi, my name is Anh and I'm a high school student at Harmony School of Science-High (HSS-High). This is my fifth year attending this school (three years at Harmony School of Science and two years at Harmony School of Science-High). HSS-High is a charter school of the Cosmos Foundation, and is one of the many Harmony Public Schools in Texas. Based on the five years I've spent at Harmony, I have to say that it's a wonderful school and that I'm proud to be a Harmony student. At this school, I have met wonderful teachers, administrators, and students; I was also able to make amazing friends too. Harmony School of Science-High provides a safe and caring learning environment where I was able to be taught many things especially in the math and science fields. At Harmony, I learned to become involved in not only educational activities but in fine arts and athletic activities such as volleyball, basketball, art, music, and piano. This school has given me a great educational foundation and has given me the courage to pursue any career I'm interested in the future. The people at Harmony has taught me to believe in myself and that ,through hard work and determination, I can become anything I want to. HSS-High has also given me a lot of support and wisdom. This school has helped me through all of my years attending it, and has also helped all of the students who attend. While attending HSS-High, many educational opportunities and doors have opened for me and I was able to become a part of UIL, Math Olympiad, Science Olympiad, Math Counts, and many others. Harmony Public Schools offer a wide arrange of competitions, AP classes, and extracurricular activities. Some of them have already been stated above, but some other ones are I-SWEEP and the National Honors Society. It's a great school to be a part of and it's a school that will provide you the necessary foundation to become successful in college and in life.
