Howard Footstool sells for possibly record amount.

A month old this now but we had our usual Christmas rush so I have not had much time to do the site but I wanted to make a quick comment on the Fellows auction in the previous blog.

Most of the items sold for a fair price as you can see from the updated post below, but 1 item really did catch the eye and that was the footstool which sold for £1900+Commission. £1000 more than the matching Inglebry armchair sold for, for a 21" square stool! Not sure if that is a record at auction for a Howard footstool?
