Updated with sold prices.
Sale date: 11/11/2015. Jubille auction rooms, Pewsey, Wilts.
Really nice Grafton armchair with original cushion and castors. It is in need of a new seat but don't let that put you off its a good deep chair.
Here is a link to it on the saleroom: http://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb/auction-catalogues/jubileeauctions/catalogue-id-jubile10003/lot-4f60f911-26a0-4532-b24d-a54700a13310
My guesstimate would be £1800. Sold For £3700+commision. Congratulations to the team at Jubille auction rooms thats a great price.
There is also this interesting chair which is not a Howard. A bit shallower than the grafton, not in need of a great deal of work. The chair is covered in a green and white ticking marked with the initials "pu" it even covers the legs so if there is a stamp it cant be seen. It is obviously a good quality chair and will probaby sell for a tenth of what a Howard would.

My guesstimate is the same as the auction rooms: £200-£300. Sold for £660+Commision I think there was a little confusion at the end, a good price if that is what it finished at.
