Anytime I watch videos on IE11 with windows 8.1 I get a pop-up box from adobe flash player asking for permission to store information on
my local hard-drive.  This is getting extremely annoying.  Can you please give me some easy to understand instruction to eliminate them?  Your help much  appreciated!

Machine Throttling
  • Click the Start button.
  • In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
  • Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
  • On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
  • Reboot your computer.
