Shrimp and Crab Dip from Hot Eats and Cool Reads

What you need:
8 imitation crab sticks
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
1/2 cup onion
1 cup celery
1/2 cup black olives
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayo

Put crab, shrimp, onion, celery and black olives in a food processor and chop. In a bowl, mix the shrimp and crab mixture, cheddar cheese and mayo until combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
