Foil Pack Steamed Vegetables

What you need:
2-3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. white mushrooms, sliced
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2-3 tbsp butter, cubed
1/2 tsp. dill weed
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except butter. Lay two pieces of aluminum foil, one on top of the other, on a cookie sheet. Spread some of the butter on the aluminum foil coating thinly, leaving edges clean for folding. Spread veggies evenly over the buttered foil and top with the remaining butter cubes. Lay another piece of foil on the top and fold all edges in, sealing to make a packet. Bake on the cookie sheet for 45 minutes until veggies are tender.
