Creole Remoulade Sauce

What you need:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup yellow onions
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup celery
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until fairly smooth. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
