Bacon and Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich

What you need:
sourdough bread
thick sliced bacon
red apple, thinly sliced
sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
pepper jack cheese, sliced
butter, softened

Cook the bacon according to package directions. Drain and crumble. Butter a piece of bread and place butter side down on a large skillet. Assemble the sandwiches starting with the pepperjack, then bacon, apples and topping with cheddar. Butter another slice of bread and top the sandwich butter side out. Cook the sandwiches over medium to medium high heat until they are browned and cheese is melted, occasionally squishing them down with the spatula during cooking!
