I am a researcher at the Institute for Futures Studies. My current research mostly concerns what decisions to make and what beliefs to hold when one has evidence of objective probabilities, but I also work on the philosophy of risk, chance and counterfactuals, and formal ethics.

Before joining the Institute for Futures Studies, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Collège d'études mondiales in Paris, where I was associated with the Chair on Welfare Economics and Social Justice and the Franco-Swedish Program in Philosophy and Economics.
In May 2014 I defended my PhD thesis in philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Here is a summary of the thesis.
