Our practice bulk bills all patient with a valid medicate card. There will be a fee of $ 60 upwards for private patient. For Allied Health and specialist services, Please check with front desk.

Please complete our new patient registration form including emergency contact. We encourage our patients to culturally identify when completing this form.


Appointments are encouraged. Please ask for your preferred doctor when making an appointment. We also cater for walk-ins. Emergencies will always be given priority. Doctors aim to see patients on time, however, sometimes delays can occur.

Longer Consultations
Standard consultations at this practice are 15 minutes. Please let the receptionist know if you need to book a longer appointment.

Home and Nursing Home Visits
Home visits are available for regular patients living in the local area (within 2kms radius) with substantial medical or mobility problems. Home visits may attract extra fee at the doctor’s discretion. There may be a fee charge for the visit.

Telephoning Your Doctor
Doctors in this practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If your call is urgent, you will always be put straight through to the doctor.

Test Result

Results are not discussed over the phone. All patients must make an appointment to review their results. In urgent cases, the doctor will contact the patient.
