We are really excited about our first MTB weekend training camp held August 10-12 at Cuyana! We are hoping that riders and their families can attend. If a riders family is not available we will try to pair riders with other families. Camp will be at the  Portsmouth Campground in Cuyana.
We will provide 3 meals; Saturday and Sunday breakfast and Saturday lunch. People will be responsible for their own meals on Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday lunch. We will make reservations at a local restaurant for Saturday’s supper.  Cost per person for camping and 3 meals is $20.00. If your family reserves their own site but would like to eat with the group the cost is $15.00 per person. Riders will get experience riding on some of the coolest trails that Minnesota has to offer, time to work on their MTB skills and opportunities to get to know the team.

The 2018 Season is gearing up!
Get your biking legs ready for the season ahead and ride the Thursday night Buck Hill Races! New to biking?  This is a great way to sample the mt bike experience!

Who are we?

We are a Co-Ed High School mountain biking team, dedicated to the idea that high school sport should be fun. It should offer the chance to exercise while spending time with friends and learning new skills.

We have wonderful coaches, who believe fervently in the notion that sport should be fun, and inclusive of all who wish to try it.  There are no tryouts.  No one gets cut!

The Hopkins HS Mountain Bike Team is part of the Minnesota High School Cycling League (http://www.minnesotamtb.org/), which operates under the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA - http://www.nationalmtb.org/).

What's Great About Our Team?

Our Riders:

We have a fabulous group of athletic, smart, fun-loving students, who welcome all new riders.
