My hope is to share with others what I have learned on my journey through life as I pursue a Happy, Healthy and Balanced Life.  This can only be done by making an effort to learn and grow.  As we learn and grow we make mistakes and have bumps in the road.  The bumps and the mistakes should serve as learning tools not road blocks.  Learn from them, make the necessary changes, grow and pass the information along the way to help someone else. 

One of the most profound movies I've seen was called "Pay it Forward".  Watch it, learn from it, put it into practice, grow from it and share it.
